Specialized in Math: Science, Technical and Scientific and Culture, Social and Technical option for Cycle Two, Year Two and Three. Regular Math for Cycle One and Cycle Two, Year One. In math, the tutor will help the student in the comprehension of the vocabulary used in problem solving questions, assist with correct mathematical procedures when answering equations, strengthen problem solving strategies in order for the student to continue to be successful in math. Specialized in Sciences: Science and Technology in Cycle One and Two, Applied Science and Technology, Environmental Sciences and Technology, Science and the Environment, Physics and Chemistry in Cycle Two. In science, the tutor will help the student find solutions to scientific or technological problems. The tutor will equip the student with specific scientific vocabulary ensuring the student's ability to answer scientific or technological questions successfully. This will help the student to continue to be successful in science. Both math and science classes can be given in either French or English. For a more personalized experience, exclusively for those who are failing or have a great amount of difficulty in a particular subject, we offer tutoring courses in either French or English depending on their first language or language of instruction at school. This can prove to be very helpful in enriching the student's vocabulary and reaffirming certain strategies. No matter what the reason for their difficulties, we will find a solution together.
