Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

Located on Île-Bizard since 2012, Académie Eureka is the fulfillment of a teenage dream by the owner Priya Selvarasa.
At the age of 14, she helped young people in her neighborhood with their homework after school. The obvious pleasure they took in seeing their tutor, their progress, and their success gave her a taste for teaching, which quickly turned into a passion. And the sparkle of happiness in their eyes gave birth to a dream: to one day create her own learning center for elementary and high school students.
Following her passion and calling, she became a teacher. Then, little by little, thanks to the remarkable people who gave her their trust, support, and optimism, she was able to move forward and persevere until her dream became a reality.

Our Mission

Depending on the student's needs, we offer:

Small group homework help
Individual tutoring
Group tutoring

We also prepare students for exams by reinforcing their knowledge. Each lesson includes review based on targeted lessons and exercises adapted to the student's level of difficulty. All lessons are offered in the language of instruction (French or English).
We work closely with parents and teachers. This allows us to quickly identify the student's specific needs and choose the best strategy for them.
We work with students by teaching them good work habits, monitoring their progress on a daily basis, and reinforcing their learning with concepts tailored to their level of understanding. This approach promotes the development of their independence and self-confidence, and therefore, the achievement of better academic results.
